The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance position is responsible for equipment operation, golf course maintenance, and general upkeep around the course. This position requires a person to be able to work independently, manage their time wisely, and operate heavy machinery in a safe manner. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation. Requirements:

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Mowing/Grounds Knowledge
• Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a related position preferred - We will train.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing stairs/step stool.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

• Exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
• Work in variable weather conditions.
• Noise level can be high at times.
• Uneven surfaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
